Two plans, a 30-day free trial and your firm’s logo on Pescada

Until now, starting with Pescada meant writing to us and waiting for a workspace to be set up. From today an accounting firm can do it in two minutes, try everything for a month and subscribe online when it is ready.

Sign up and try it for 30 days

A firm signs up with its name, country and email address and opens the link we send; the firm’s space is then ready. For 30 days it has everything in the Pro plan, with no card needed. The app shows how many days are left, and the firm subscribes whenever it wants.

If a firm does not subscribe, nothing is lost: it can still read and export everything, and its clients can still send documents. Only adding new work waits for a subscription.

Two plans

Essential is the whole document exchange: unlimited documents stored in the EU, the tamper-evident activity log, requests and recurring deadlines with automatic reminders, bank files and e-invoices read exactly, payments matched to invoices, the daily summary, team accounts with two-step sign-in, and six languages.

Pro adds the time-savers:

• PDFs and photos of invoices and statements read by AI;
• bank statements fetched straight from the client’s bank;
• an email address for each client, to forward documents to;
• exports for accounting software, including DATEV for German firms;
• the firm’s own logo on emails to its clients and in their spaces;
• priority support, with an answer the same business day.

Both plans include 15 clients: Essential costs €29 a month and Pro €59 a month, plus €1.90 or €3.90 for each further client. Prices exclude VAT. Firms can switch between plans at any time from the app. All the details are on the pricing page.

Your logo, your clients

On the Pro plan a firm can upload its logo. It appears at the top of every email its clients receive and above their workspace, so clients see their accountant first and Pescada only in small print.

Already on Pescada?

Firms that were already using Pescada keep everything they had, including AI reading. Nothing changes for their clients.
